Peanut Butter Waffles...yum!

I really wanted to do something different than eggs and cheese for breakfast.  I found the recipe in one of my favorite cookbooks, Heirloom Baking with the Brass Sisters.  It's a really fun book (we also have Heirloom Cooking). As for the waffles, we ate them as soon as we made them.
